I’ve used their product for over 20 years without a single problem. I can highly recommend them. • I have been using my Epilady since 1988. It finally died a month ago. Not knowing if they were even sold anymore I went on line to find a web site. After I found the web site I then had to choose from several different models. The original Epilady was not rechargeable so I chose a rechargeable model that resembled a regular electric shaver. I like this one much better than the original because of its shape and versatility. I cannot imagine not having an Epilady.

I had checked a few stores for the Epilady and had been unable to find one. There may have been some in the area but it was probably much easier to go online and order what I wanted and with the price of gas and my time I felt the shipping cost was quite reasonable.
